WOTE CLINTONVILLE, WI 1380 VERIFICATION

WOTE came trough with a good signal on AND3. This evening Don Grassman verified my report. This was my NA QSL number 200 in 2008. My best QSL year since I started DX-ing back in 1970. I guess I can say thank you to the SDR IQ receivers for this good result:-) And, to the very successful AND3 DX-expedition.

KLTC DICKINSON, ND 1460 VERIFICATION

Another station with good signals from time to time is this country station - KLTC. Haven't sent them any report before today and Steve Stroud verified my report.

KRND FOX FARM, WY 1630 VERIFICATION

KRND is a station witch have very good signals into Northen Norway. In their top of the hour ID they mention they cover WY, NE, CO, KS and SD with the power of 10KW. Brief e-mail from La Familia Broadcasting today verified my report.

WGNS MURFREESBORO, TN 1450 VERIFICATION

WGNS was a station we heard on 1450 during AND3. A lot of work by Jan Alvestad and others to solve this one. (Have to mention Jari Savolainen who came up with WGNS as a possible solution). The ID was: "Your local news authority since 1947, we are 14-50 AM..." Scott Walker verified that they use this ID and he also mention the name of the announcer. Thanks to all!

KXPN KEARNEY, NE 1460 VERIFICATION

KXPN was heard with local comercials and High School football dominating over KXNO Des Moines. Very good conditions towards Nebraska at the same time. Craig J. Eckert, General Manager verified my report to day.

WSYY MILLINOCKET, ME 1240 VERIFICATION

WSYY had a very clear ID for GY-station at AND3. Mail from Dave Keys verified my report today. WSYY is a ESPN station.

WIOU KOKOMO, IN 1350 VERIFICATION

WIOU poped up with a clear identification one evening on AND3. This evening Rob Rupe, Producer kindly verified my report with a mail. He also attached a logo. Thank you for the verification Rob and also thanks to Arnstein Bue for v/s information.

WVMT BURLINGTON, VT 620 VERIFICATION

Yet another nice loging on AND3 was WVMT heard them with a promo and a top of the hour identification one morning when we had very good conditions towards the north east corner of USA. E-mail from Charlie Papillo, Program Director verified my report today.

WHUC HUDSON, NY 1230 VERIFICATION

E-mail from Bill Williams verified my AND3 report to WHUC this evening. He also attached several photos of their transmiter and antenna.

KXNO DES MOINES, IA 1460 VERIFICATION

KXNO is a station I have heard several times without sending any report. A very good recording from the AND3 expedition was sent today and Geoff Conn, Asst. Program Director verified with a e-mail.

KTHE THERMOPOLIS, WY 1240 VERIFICATION

Nice e-mail from Brandi Voss, On-Air Talent verified my AND3 report to KTHE this evening. Only 4 people working on this station. An other nice station from this very good expedition.

KRNT DES MOINES, IA 1350 VERIFICATION

Nice e-mail from Jim Brown verified my AND3 report. KRNT was heard with a good signal and Jim writes "That’s one of the clearest signals I’ve heard from Norway, ever." Thank you Jim!

KTEL WALLA WALLA, WA 1490 VERIFICATION

Brief e-mail today verified my AND3 report. "Yes I hear the KTEL ID in your clip".

KGRG ENUMCLAW, WA 1330 VERIFICATION

KGRG came trough KKPZ one morning at AND3 with a perfect ID. Finaly today Andrew Zyskowski kindly verified my report with a nice e-mail.

CKSB WINNEPEG, MB 1050 VERIFICATION

I'm trying to catch so many Canadians as possible before they leave AM. CKSB was heard with a good signal with local ID during AND3. E.mail from Martine Bordeleau verified my report.

WRSA ST. ALBANS, VT 1420 VERIFICATION

An other great logging on Andoya during AND3 is WRSA. This ESPN Radio station had a very clear ID on top of the hour one morning. Mike Raymond, Chief Engineer (N1IRN) verified my report today with a informative e-mail. WRSA was running 107 watts when we heard them, into a 51.8 meters series feed vertical, omnidirectional pattern. Thank you for a great QSL Mike!

WSNO BARRE, VT 1450 VERIFICATION

WSNO had a good signal for GY station and Jim Severance, Program Director verified my report with a nice e-mail. He was very suprised that we could hear his station as they during the night only have 15 miles of coverage:-)

WLIS OLD SAYBROOK, CT 1420 VERIFICATION

WLIS had a good signal one morning on AND3 with it's dual ID for WLIS and WMRD 1150. Nice e-mail from Don DeCesare verified my report. Don was Vice President at CBS in 1994 and had full road pass during the Olympic Winter Games at Lillehammer in 1994!
