GOMEL FM, ZHLOBIN, BELARUS 68.45 QSL

First test of new NetSDR yeasterday and a nice es opening on the OIRT band gave me this New station.  Gomel FM was heard With a good signal on 68.45 MHz.  E-mail verified my report today.
