JOSB NHK2 KITAKYUSHU 1602 QSL

1602 have many low power NHK2 stations.  One of them is JOSB from Kitakyushu in Fukuoka Prefekecture with 1 KW.  JOSB is one of the more common NHK2 on 1602.  Nice QSL letter, photos and postcards verified my report today!
