FIRST SPORADIC-E SKIP ON FM AT MY LOCATION THIS YEAR

Finaly some action on FM this year. A very good opening this afternoon towards Russia, Ukraina, Lithuania and Belarus. From 1420 to 1730 UTC the band was filled up with stations from this area.
