WHCU ITHACA, NY 870 VERIFICATION

WHCU was briefly heard under a very strong WWL on the 24th October 2007 (AND1). David Vieser, Morning Newswatch Host verified my report this evening. He said WHCU was using their main transmitter at very low power (less than 1000 watts) the morning we heard them due to a bad wind storm. They were transmitting a non-directional signal.
