YVRQ "RQ 910" CARACAS 910 VERIFICATION

This station was heard with a good signal during the KONG14 expedition in 2006. I have tried several times to get a QSL and finaly Lic. Luis Domingo Álvares, Jefe de Informacion y Opinión verified my report with a nice e-mail in English. He also attached a "AM Center" logo. Thanks to OJS for the v/s info.
