Again a great catch from Andoya. KAKK peaked with a ToH identification on AND3. KAKK is using 250 watts nightime and 9500 watts daytime power. A very nice e-mail with a lot of information about Walker "The most beautiful place in Minnesota" from Brad Walhof, Station Manager and Mayor of Walker verified my report.
